Casafilla Residential Complex is a new 5.000 sqm development located in the Torino metropolitan area.
BrainsDigital supported the Developer since the Pre-construction phase, establishing a full-digital workflow ranging from Project Validation and Cost Estimates to Construction Scheduling and Control. Building on the Casafilla Pilot Project, we provided the Developer with a custom made BIM Training programme and established BIM Guidelines and Standards for the Design, Pre-Construction and Construction phases.
