Multidisciplinary BIM Modelling
Brains Digital provided multidisciplinary modelling services (Architecture, Structures and MEP) within the context of very demanding project requirements and development deadlines.
The redevelopment of the building units in via Amidani provides for the transformation of three towers previously used as offices into 230 residential units for sale at an agreed price characterised by apartments, terraces and common green areas, as well as by office and commercial ones. A wide promenade will connect the new intervention with the 5Square social housing complex.
