BIM Implementation, BIM Coordination & Modelling
Brains Digital supported SECAP ever since the feasibility study stage by elaborating a workflow for design coordination, costs estimate and construction’s planning and control. On the basis of the feedbacks gathered during the project, we also created SECAP guidelines and proprietary standards for the BIM implementation plan, defining also the personnel’s training programme, tailored on the specific requirements of the developer.
Casafilla is a new residential complex of 5,000 sqm located in Turin’s metropolitan area and featuring environmentally sustainable solutions and LEED certification.
