BIM Coordination, Modelling & QTO
Brains Digital was tasked with the BIM Coordination & Modelling activities for the interior spaces of the Terminal, thus supporting Marine Interiors, a company belonging to Fincantieri Group, in developing, engineering and computing the interior design elements in preparation for their procurement and installation on site.
The new MSC Crociere’s Miami terminal is composed of areas accessible to passengers, offices, logistics spaces and a multi-stories parking lot, for a total of 36,000 sqm. Scheduled to open in 2023, MSC Miami will be one of the main cruise ships terminal on an international level, moving up to 36,000 passengers per day.
