CDE Management, Implementation Phase
Brains Digital is responsible for the CDE Management activities for Cogefa for the start-up and management of the document flow for the approval and submission of technical documents (RFI, SAM, Trasmittal) on the Autodesk Construction Cloud Build platform. Brains Digital has defined the documentation approval flows in agreement with Cogefa and the Works Management.
The Social Hub Belfiore project is a new construction project relating to an 82,000 m2 mixed-use complex (student residence and hotel) with 550 rooms in the Belfiore area, near the center of Florence, in a former Fiat area.
This is the largest of the five projects (three in Florence, one in Rome and one in Bologna) that the Amsterdam-based group led by Charlie MacGregor currently has in Italy.
