BIM Management & Coordination
Brains Digital was responsible for the BIM Management & Coordination activities on behalf of the project team composed by SSA Scandurra Studio, Derns Italian and Milan Ingegneria. In this role, we managed the design and control of multidisciplinary BIM modelling in the preliminary and final design, ensuring an efficient project deliverables’ production and assessment flow and the conformity with the Client’s technical and economic control requirements.
MilanoSesto is one of the most important European urban regeneration projects and it provides for the redevelopment of more than 1,5 sqm of brownfields located in the metropolitan area of Milan, within the framework of the master plan elaborated by Foster + Partners. The Unione Zero sector, to which Cluster 4 belongs, includes the first seven buildings destined for residential, commercial and office use created by the project of SSA Scandurra Studio Architettura, Citterio Viel Associati, Barreca & Lavarra and Park Associati.
